Hills cafe & restaurant — Restaurant in Agra

Do not go. There is some big scam going inside. The cafe guy will charge you extra if he thinks you are a tourist. Extremely bad treatment by the cafe reception. They will make you pay extra for stuff you won't ask.

Sharing an incident to justify my experience:

I asked the guy specifically thrice to make a cold coffee without sugar, which on the menu is 150 rs. He charged me 180 saying it came with ice cream. I am diabetic, first with ice cream that was not without sugar, not the coffee which I won't even drink. I paid 180 rs. When I asked to clarify, he said madam dena padega, no clarifications given. It isn't about price but service.

Extremely rude behaviour and poor quality of coffee. Poor communication skills of the staff.

P.s. they create fake accounts to review and rate the cafe high. Most of the accounts which have posted good review and 4+ star rating have never reviewed any other...

I do not recommend this cafe.

This is not family restaurant or cafe, it is more girlfriend-boyfriend adda. This place smell poor.

Do not expect good behaviour and quick service as they do not provide that.

I visited there with family for lunch and we were in very hurry. They told is food is ready and can be served in 5-10 minutes.

After waiting for 20 minutes we asked for order and they replied it will take some more time.

They do not have any respect for customers and their time. They just want to hold...

This place sucks... I visited this place yesterday, agar aap ambani k ghar se ho toh hi iss cafe m jao, yaha par 2 menu card hote h 1 menu jispar rates low hote h jisse ap order place krte ho, 2nd menu jispar high rates hote usse bill banta h Ye cafe nhi jhoot choor cafe zyda h, ye log ek number k choor aur lemaar laikat zyda h... Aise choro ko pta nhi government permission kaise de deti h cafe open karne ki, aise choor lemaar jhoote loogo ko andar kar dena chahiye Please please please friends agar ap visit karne ka soch b rahe ho toh please soch m badlav laao aur isse better kuch mat khao... Yaha par taste k naam par bezzati milti h, taste nhi h yaha kaccha khana milta h, aur please lemon soda toh sochna b mat peene ka, vo lemon soda km moot soda zyda h... Please galti sy b yaha chle mat jana warna food poisoning ho jayegi aur hospital jane k paise b nhi hongy ye lemaar...
