I went to this place for lunch as recommended by my guide at Agra fort. The place is mediocre and service staff was arrogant and service was poor. They made us sit for 20 mins. Upon asking how much more time is it going to take to bring the order, the service staff replied that the person who is supposed to prepare the order is having lunch. Once he’s done, he will make your order. We said, you could have informed us, the reply is as now I’ve told you, you decided what you want to do. So, we left the place without eating. I visited this restaurant today , and faced many unfamiliar and unexpected things happened out there. I ordered my main course and when it came for billing time, they charged 20rs extra for plates they given at time of dining. Isn't it strange? Taking money in such a way is so ridiculous and wrong. And after pointing this fault with the owner.He kept on saying " yeh mera restraunt hai yahan meri marzi chalegi, khaana hai toh khaao warna jaao " not expected this behaviour from such family restraunt. I had a terrible experience at the Om Bhojnalay . I’ve tried earlier that Sadar chat gully wala branch which serves the best food but here neither you get good food nor a good service. One of the worst outlet of Om Bhojnalay. Not maintaining basic hygiene as you can see the stains at their bottles . Food was not up to the mark , we’ve ordered Shahi Paneer and mix veg , both surprisingly didn’t meet the standards. The paneer curry does taste good and mix veg tasted like boiled vegetables.
