Brijwasi is renowned brand name of an eatery chain based in Mathura. There are many shops claiming to be a sister concern of this Brand name, but only a select are the originals.
This particular restaurant, located just besides the new bus stand of Mathura, has got great looks after it's recent renovation. Also, this has emerged to be quality hotel, offering fooding and lodging.
Self service for customers visiting the restaurant. A wide range of sweets, south indian dishes, it's own special varieties, beverages, confectionery and bulk order facilities are available.
Quite spacious in terms of seating arrangements and well maintained with all new cheesy looks of interiors.
Adding a pic from my recent visit to the place. You can ask queries or...
┬а┬а┬аRead moreFraud Alert!!! The saying "All that glitters is not gold" definitely applies to shops selling such poor-quality sweets. This evening, along with other sweets, I bought besan laddoos from this shop, which turned out to be nothing but sugar balls when tasted at home. It seems there's no trace of besan in the laddoos, and they are so full of sugar that after tasting just a tenth of one laddu, I couldn't muster the courage to eat any more. Even small sweet shops near bus stands offer tastier besan laddoos than these. Not only that, but the besan laddoos displayed at their counter for show had cashews on them, but when I opened the packaging at home, the besan laddoos were completely different, with not a single piece of cashew on top or inside. (Image attached). The taste was extremely poor. Very disappointing. Perhaps it's due to their dishonest practices that, even on a Saturday weekend during the full-fledged Raksha Bandhan market rush in the crowded Sadar Bazaar, there wasn't a single customer in their shop besides us. I will never go to a shop that sells such low-quality products under the guise of the name "Brijwasi" and shows one thing but sells another. . рдлреНрд░реЙрдб рдЕрд▓рд░реНрдЯ !!! ┬а┬а┬аRead moreWe recently visited Brijwasi Sweet House and Restaurant, Mathura and had a deeply disappointing experience. The staff's arrogance was appalling. When we were taking extra tissue papers, we met with rude and humiliating remarks.
As travellers from another city, we expected a warm welcome and courteous service. Instead, We were disrespected and made to feel unwelcome. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and left a negative impression on what should have been an enjoyable visit.
We would not recommend Brijwasi Mathura to anyone seeking a pleasant experience. The management needs to address this issue urgently to prevent further mistreatment...
