Hotel Taj Heights — Hotel in Agra

It is a good hotel if you are on a budget. The hotel is situated very close to taj mahal which is a plus. However, other monuments are far. It is good for family crowd.

Rooms are specious and the bed is huge and comfortable. They also have a big wardrobe to store clothes. Cooling in the room was also decent. Lights were also bright. However there were some things that bothered me. I had found 3 cockroaches in the room so please close your bags or you might end up carrying them back to your place. The fridge also does not work. The washroom flush and jet spray were also a disappointment even though the washroom was very clean and well maintained. The rugs placed were also dirty and I had to request for a change. Overall I would rate 3/5 for the rooms.

As for service provided, it is good. The staff is very cooperative and accommodating. Any request made is answered within minutes. The calls made to reception were answered quickly. They will also help you to carry your luggage to your room. Overall i would rate 5/5 for the service.

My overall experience staying in this hotel was very bad.

Size of room is decent enough to fit 2-3 people. But the windows in the room doesn’t open, Because of the this room smells a-lot and has pungent smell.

Room service is the worst. I called roughly 20 times, they answered the call only 4-5 times. I had to come to reception 3 times.

There was no hot water in the hotel bathroom. If you are someone who needs hot water then avoid this hotel. I argued with them on hot water, they gave half bucket hot water which is in yellow colour, checkout the photo. It looks like someone peed in the water. So I bathed with cold water. Yellow hot water vs normal white water.

Bathroom was not clean at all. I had to call the reception to clean the bathroom.

Finally manager behaviour, he asked me to write the feedback in the form and asked not to write about the hot water problem. Who does that ??

This is my worst ever experience in this hotel. Let u no why? First the person who is seating on reception is having his own attitude. . They dont have their proper booking software confirmation. He directly told me that we don't have any booking from ur name. He said ixigo se humara koi b tieup nai h. Aap hume ek bar or pay krdo. I said mene already pay kea h. To bolta h k humare pas koi confirmation nai h, booking confirmation batane k bavjud. Then he said k ha booking h apke name se aap chk in krlo. Again from the next day evening time should be aroun 10 pm . he call from reception n said k apki booking nai h aap reception par aake pay kro. Kull milake worst ever service from this hotel.
