Worst experience I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was far from clean, with visible dirt and stains. The washbasin had a constant water leak, making it uncomfortable to use. The lighting in the room was inconsistent, fluctuating between bright and dim unexpectedly. To top it off, the staff exhibited extremely poor behavior, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
