Barista — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Absolutely disgusting service..staff lied to.us, brought non veg pasta for a totally vegetarian friend..brought our coffee after 40 mins and one by one..so that the first person finishes d coffee while we sit and ponder what happened to.our orders and then when d first coffee ends another person gets the second coffee..the server himself didnt know.what pasta was served and was honest enough to admit d cook didnt know his job or was probably trying to pass d buck as in his written order he just wrote pasta..and not the type of pasta..the wrap was half cooked and the garlic bread had sour cheese on top without even chilli flake toppings ..blandest ever..couldnt drink my caramel frappe as it was just sugar syrup with no coffee..we had to call the franchise owner and waited for 15 mins for him to come..he took our feedback well but doesnt seem to be in control of the staff who lie to customers and the situation is out of control..we say a couple of other guests cancel orders n leave..bt we wanted to gv an honest feedback to.the owner. Its abgrt ambience n place n expensive menu but the staff have ruined the image of Barista and the owner needs to be there and be in charge of things as he looked as honest person..All the best but we are never coming back..there are better places like bean...

I have recently been to this place. The ambiance is decent and averagely maintained. The coffee shop has an excellent ocean view from the tables which are seated outside, but unfortunately the outside seating are for smoking so you would not enjoy the outdoor ambiance much if you are not a smoker. Their coffee and shakes taste average but the desserts were good. The best part about this cafe is that they are open late till 2 AM generally so if you are a night crawler you can definitely bump into this...
