Firstly the room was good except for mushrooms growing in bathroom and a few bugs. Nice view of street from windows. Phone was not working - we asked 4 times for it to be fixed but nothing happened. What ruined our stay though was when we returned from a 13 hour train journey one evening and they had emptied our room, moving all of our personal items and even two suitcases chained to a table! They explained that the OYO system showed us as staying a week less than what we had paid for. I didnβt receive any phone calls or emails about this and they had put other guests in our room. This was very upsetting as they had gone through all of our clothes etc and also a large expensive bottle of shampoo went βmissingβ. We were put up in a very large room for the rest of the stay which made up for it somewhat. I understand this was a miscommunication on their system but they should have emailed me before touching our belongings. The rest of the stay was nice and the food from...

(Oyo booked) 1- Rooms are smaller than the pictures. Beware if you're anywhere near 5'5" or so don't stand on the bed or it's off with your head by the fan. 2- Claustrophobia inducing Bathrooms are cramped with pillars, have faulty doorlocks. 3- Breakfast is atrocious. It's a stretch to call it buffet. The bread is cold and hard, the butter's melted and the tea is disgusting. There aren't much options. Worst part of my stay. Food ordered during night was edible. 4- Service is decent. Somebody actually sits on the desk for most part of the day and the phone gets picked up when you call.
Bottomline: No. Just book a better hotel. This one isn't worth a...
Β Β Β Read moreWe had made a booking here through Oyo rooms. Locating this place was quite easy thanks to its much more illustrious neighbour - Dolphin Hotel. We had booked 2 double bedrooms, both of which were moderate in size. It wasn't the epitome of cleanliness, as we discovered the cabinet to be littered with stains. The bathroom, thankfully, was much cleaner.||||Our package included complimentary breakfast, which comprised of a delicious South Indian buffet spread. Now that's a rarity when it comes to complimentary breakfasts. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. And the best part - we had WiFi access right inside the hotel room, again a huge improvement compared to other hotels which promise WiFi but provide access only in the lounge area.||||Overall, a nice budget hotel at a prime location...
