Paradise Biryani | Beach Road — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Paradise Biryani. I had ordered one egg biryani and one chicken biryani as a takeaway. After that, I also purchased two Hyderabadi Biryani Kits priced at ₹179 each (MRP inclusive of all taxes). The total amount paid was ₹360 via the POS machine, and I was even handed the POS slip.

However, when I asked for a proper bill, the person at the counter Captain Chandan, refused to provide it. His reasoning? That ₹1 per kit was GST, which made no sense as MRP is meant to be inclusive of all taxes. Despite multiple polite requests, he not only denied the bill, but also said if I wanted one, I’d need to wait for 1–2 hours, or he would “WhatsApp it” later. (Of course, that never happened.)

It is completely unethical and against fair trade practices.

This kind of misbehavior and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially from a reputed chain like Paradise. I expected better both in terms of professionalism and basic customer service. If you’re selling a product, issuing a bill should never be optional or negotiable.

Extremely dissatisfied and this experience has definitely made me rethink visiting Paradise in the future.

Although I returned the biryani kits and received a cash refund, the staff still refused to provide a bill. I had to keep the egg and chicken biryani since they were already packed, and I didn’t want to waste food. The taste was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor billing practices and...

Horrible experience 🤦🏻‍♂️……came with team & boss for a team dinner, considering paradise brand ….but sorry to say that we had a really bad treatment & food experience .

Biriyani was still manageable ( not paradise standard though ). But There were 3 vegetarian people who ordered paneer & porota……the paneer was at least 10 days old & very unhygienic & the parota was not properly cooked ( not eatable )…..after mentioning it to the floor manager, the response we got was very unprofessional….which we didn’t like that at all ….3 people managed dinner with dahi….too bad at 11:10 at night …the time where getting food is difficult….

Being all of are from marketing, we really suggest paradise to not give franchises to the people who don’t know how to run a brand ….

Will never visit or suggest...

I visited this place yesterday without checking the negative reviews. It is worst restaurant don't go and all other reviews are real, we got stomach upset bcz of this food, staff behavior pathetic, rude, literally we have to follow up with them for hour to get our food served on table. They don't clean tables at all. Highly priced, for a paneer starter they charged 350 rupees and they gave me 6 pieces of paneer. Very less quantity. Not just me people around my table are unhappy about their service, everyone was scolding staff. Very bad experience. I use to go to paradise from Hyderabad and expect the same from these people. The main thing is they don't care customer at all, we have to go inside and stand there and find a table...
