It is horrible. I stayed there for two nights. I booked club room from MakeMyTrip but they offered the regular one. After raising concerns to mmt they shifted the room and the new room was in pathetic condition. So dirty broken chair and damaged bed and wardrobe. AC was not working. Again after having a long argument they shifted in another room and again same condition. Power cut is so common no backups. AC was on but no cooling. I booked a room for New Year's Eve after a long and tiring journey directly from the airport. Despite the websites indicating availability, upon arrival on the 31st, the hotel refused to honor the booking, insisting I cancel from my end. They claimed a 100% cancellation fee if I did so. Very nice location moreover very helpful staff. Recommended for family as well. Owner is very kind and ready to help even in midnight. My son was not well due and was badly crying, I called owner as his wife is a doctor, I immediately get help from them and hotel staff get me the medicine from pharmacy even in heavily raining.
