My son and I went to dine in the toscano koremangala branch....we wanted to sample some authentic italian cuisine....to begin with...we ordered a glass of red sangria and long island iced tea for both of us....grilled fish ....chicken pasta.......we were astonished to see that only a couple of tablespoons of sangria was served in the wine glass and the long island tea was crammed with ice....looks like they had excess supply of it in their kitchen...when we brought this to the notice of the waitress sudipta...she conveyed it to the bartender who came to our table and started arguing with us...he refused to acknowledge that the sangria needed to be filled some more...but thankfully decided to remove the one tonne of ice cubes in the long island iced tea....for the rest of the meal the belligerent bartender kept staring at us....as it is the airconditioning was rather poor today ...we felt the heat being emanated from the bar opposite us.......there was an issue with the pasta as well...there are usually two pieces of garlic bread accompanying it...probably in their haste to serve us they forgot one piece which was given to us soon after pointing out to them...the pasta and the fish alongwith quinoa salad was excellent....we also ordered steak fries....which were served with some fabulous mustard and ketchup and tartar sauce...at the end of the meal when we requested the bill ....the waitress brought it with a steep service tax included...after pointing it out to her that nowadays its not included....she apologised profusely and brought a fresh bill....I was sure there was a deal of 10 percent off via swiggy but she refused .....saying there was none and that no discount would be applied..... I now understand the reasons why most of the tables were empty @toscano koremangala....despite the excellent food ....we for sure would not be going back there again....especially when there are dozens of eating places offering generous helpings in food and beverage and kind serving staff minus attitude....scattered in and around...
Read moreHad a bad experience today. We went for lunch and had order 2 glasses of wine. The server had asked to get a bottle instead as it would be more economical. We refused as we weren't planning to have more than one each. The server insisted again stating that the price they charge is only 1000rs more than the market price.. which again can be compensated with a complimentary pizza. And mentioned that she could change it into a pasta if we preferred so. To which we agreed. When the bill came, the wine was priced Rs. 3800, with an MRP of Rs.1850. When enquired about the 1000 Rs gap, she mentioned that the price at which they procure is 1000 Rs more than the MRP. This is only 1000 Rs more than that. She had charged for the pasta.. and mentioned that she never said that the free pizza could be replaced ( both are prized Rs. 800 ). She said that instead, she was mentioning that to compensate for pizza, she stated that she could give a 10% discount on wine. Which again wasn't in the bill.. when asked about it, she said it's a mistake on her part... and she could make it 15% instead.. there was even a 10% service charge... Moreover, dineout or zomato pro discounts won't be applicable again.. Without getting disappointed again with their service and to avoid any further conflicts...we paid the bill and left.. Having been to almost all branches of Toscanos, and to this place itself multiple times, this was the only bad experience I faced, and it would prevent me from going there again... To fellow foodies, please don't fall into the trap of full bottle if you aren't planning to drink entirely..even then do check whether it would ultimately be beneficial.. as the prices are almost the same if you add up the glasses... also, please don't fall into the trap of some servers who just try to confuse you with blatant...

I've been a loyal patron of Toscanos since childhood, and my recent visit reaffirmed its status as a top-notch dining destination. The combination of exceptional food, lively ambiance, and outstanding service makes it a must-visit.
Food: 10/10
Pepperoni Pizza: Authentic, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The crust was crispy, and the pepperoni was smoky and savory. Spaghetti Carbonara: Rich, creamy, and utterly delicious. The pasta was al dente, and the bacon added a delightful smokiness. Ravioli: Slightly cold, but sensational taste. The filling was generous, and the sauce complemented it beautifully.
Beverages:
Cookies and Cream Milkshake: Good, but lacked a bit of flavor punch. A bit more sweetness would elevate it. Wine: Excellent selection and taste. Paired perfectly with our meal. Virgin Mojito: Refreshing and well-made.
