Totally disappointed with their services. First they have no space whatsoever in d shop, so many ppl visiting. Then comes the service part. I called then up asked them if they had boxes (firstly no time to respond on phone )and they said we have to visit can't service on d phone (ok fair enough), went there, no stock of half the boxes (bulk order forget it).

Then they said order in 1 week they will deliver. I did coz no option at tat tym.

Finally they ask me to come after a week and when I went they said the stock has not come (totally not cool especially when someone travels in Bangalore from one end to another tat too when it's raining heavily) made me wait for 1 hr then decided the stock was in their godown. After all this tamasha /message You won't believe the product I ordered and what they delivered was incomplete and half of the box was left white! Totally not acceptable as we are all dealing with other clients.

They were so rude when confronted that they said this is what we have taken it or leave it. And on top of it they decide to give me only 23 out of the 25 boxes I ordered. So so so so u professional. Like the worst experience anyone can ever have ! Will never recommend anyone to this...

Here u will find everythung that you need for baking. Everything means everything ur moulds to ur butter to flour to decoration stuff Everything. The place is filled with a dream for bakers and cake artist so go and grab ur dream. One stop shop for all the baking needs most of the time stock is available. Has a dunzo service and also can call and place order and than get picked. On down side the place is big but cluttered too many things all around so even if there are 2 customers inside it feels looks crowded. Many things are over priced as its the only place that the thing will be available. U might say its cheaper than online or other places but a big no i have shoped at their mumbai branch and things are way more cheaper than banglore. Diffrence is recognisable not ignorable. The staff is very friendly and helpful has good knowledge of things and can guide u well. But be careful sometimes guidence is based on the margin they get so be your own judge. I had a terrible experience with Arife Lamoulde. I purchased 70 baking tins for gifting purposes, but more than 55 of them arrived damaged beyond use. The remaining were of such poor quality and finishing that they couldn’t be used either. Upon raising the issue with them, they admitted that the tins were loosely packed in a sack before being sent, which may have been one of the reasons that caused the damage.

To make matters worse, their response was dismissive—they stated that product quality is not something they guarantee, emphasized that they are not the manufacturers, and offered no solutions or support. It’s unacceptable for a baking supply store to show such negligence in packaging and a complete lack of accountability. This entire experience was a waste of money and time.
