I had a horrible experience with smoor,we got chocolate filled with fungus inside! took a small bite before realising it was rotten and me and my friend were sick for 3 days, imagine if someone ate the whole chocolate! this is not a hate review, I used to love smoor and we were regulars there, food used to be worth the price. but my experience was horrible, only after this incident I figured they are serving worms in his chocolate and zero action has been taken to improve the hygiene standards. management is only interested in profits doesn't care if their food makes you sick. we were offered cake, more chocolates, lunch, dinner anything to nor share the video online. this type of behaviour is punishable. they are serving rotten food and making people sick and only care about the brand image! avoid this place completely, especially during covid times you don't want to visit the hospital for avoidable reasons. also management and staff are posting positive reviews instead of actually doing something to fix the...

Bliss Chocolate Lounge, now being referred as Smoor Chocolate is located inside the Forum Mall, Koramangala. Bliss and Smoor are being operated by the same owner and Since last 1 year Bliss has closed all businesses across everywhere.

Now they only operate with the name as Smoor Chocolates. Their prime outlets are just below Forum Mall, next to Vodafone. They have their premium cafes at Indir Nagar and places like UB City Mall.

There is no question about their quality and range of pastries and chocolates. Smoor is infact the upgraded premium version of Bliss Chocolates.

Their Res Velvet is to die for !!! Don't forget to try their Hot Chocolate. You cannot find anything better than this anywhere in Bangalore. I had also purchased their Christmas Special Plum cake which was the best we have ever tried till now.
