I recently visited Lakeview Milkbar's ice cream outlet, and I must say that it was a highly disappointing experience. I cannot express my disappointment enough in this review, but I'll try to highlight the major issues I encountered.

Firstly, I tried the New York cheesecake,and it was a total disaster. The so-called "cheesecake" they served me was far from the creamy, delicious dessert I was expecting. It was more like hard brick of disappointment. I couldn’t taste since the cutlery would not go through the slice. It seemed like they had no idea how to properly store and serve this classic dessert.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I also ordered the Lakeview special ice cream with fruit mix-ins. It was an absolute horror show. The "fruits" they added with the ice cream were far from fresh. It tasted like they had used overripe, mushy, and downright unpleasant fruits that ruined the entire experience. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.

The service was OK at best, and the overall atmosphere in the outlet is decent. It felt like they didn't know about their products. With a legendary name like Lakeview, its good to train the staff before they serve the customers.

We had to use the loo as my kid had to go n when we stepped inside, trust me the restroom was worst than a bus stand’s! How can they keep it like that! My kid felt yuk too afterc seeing how badly maintained it was! So my first impression of the place was really bad. The table wer we sat in smelled really bad just like the loo. By now I just wanted leave. We then ordered fruit ice cream for myself. The ice cream was far from what I expected. The fruits were definitely stale n old n tasted really bad. I could not finish it as it was the worst one i have had. All night i had a terrible stomach ache and really suffered and I know the reason was the ice cream.
