Quality of Sweets is good. But customer service is pretty pathetic. I visit the shop atleast once per month. There is a complete lack of customer service at this shop. The staff are not that keen to serve you and get irritated when you order more. They become disengaged with the customer pretty quickly. The person at the cash counter is in his own world and the only job for him is to either swipe the card and accept the cash. There is no eye contact nor a pleasant look from the person.

Excellent Ghee Sweets. They have snacks too. You can get authentic Telugu special sweets here. Try their three types of potherekulu. Especially the dry fruits one.

Their signature jaggery halwa and Milk mysurpa are excellent.

I bought pickle this time and it was a disaster for me. The staff said the pickle is garlic free and it was not. I bought lemon pickle. When I opened, it had Garlic. Not sure if they will replace it with a non-garlic version.

The staff were very polite and explained how to eat their traditional sweet called putha rekulu. We weren't sure which one tastes good. So bought all 3 varieties that is sugar, jaggery and dry fruits. All 3 are made with ghee they say. Seems to be true.
