I work right next to this place and hence it happens to be our pit stop for everything: be it gifts, snacks or party arrangements. They even hold a huge variety of household items which include and are not limited to utensils, groceries, clothing, sports items etc.
For such a large stock though, I would think more space is needed. The aisles are very narrow and congested which makes it difficult for even 2 people to pass abreast. The items are stacked so closely that you can easily miss what you are looking for.
The staff are okay, but never had a good customer service that I can mention here- mind you I am a regular here and I am giving collective feedback. The cash counters too, are very congested and it is difficult to either form a queue or stay in one as people keep pushing you. And having to wait two times: once for billing and once for payment is not a happy deal.
Pros: Great variety of stock Excellent collection of gift items for all occasions One stop for all needs I believe they also do home delivery Abundant staff to help you Good parking space outside Accepts various payment methods
Cons: Congested No customer service No proper security A little expensive (relatively) Time taking for...
Read moreI made a recent visit to this place and it was more or less the same. While the available list of items in this shop is a lot, I have only visited to buy something to drink like buttermilk. The first time I tried Radler by Kingfisher was from here (it tastes horrible according to me). You can get stationery items from the second floor, clothes, makeup basic electronics, utensils, you name it, they got it. They have a good variety of not-so-easily-available chocolates and other sugary treats right at the billing section so that's convenient. When Covid19 lockdowns were about to be implemented, this place was extremely crowded and there was a good stock of sanitizers and masks for sale. Amongst some of the more unusual items that I have seen at the counter are fruit sweets which apparently are a thing. I would recommend anyone with a bit of time on their hands to checkout some of the more unusual things on sale near the...
Read moreLot of stuff under one roof. You can buy vegetable, grocery, milk products, home cleaning products, etc in the ground floor of the shop. On the first floor you have a large array of gift items stocked up. You can also buy stationery items, toys, watter bottles, flasks, a few electronic items too. There are jewellery items too. Also they sell art and craft materials, kitchenware, toolkits. Billing of first floor is done separately. Billing downstairs is often crowded. Only downside is the place feels a bit cramped up. You can find a number of street food stalls beside the main road in front of the store. Overall felt the shopping...
