Biggies Burger: AECS Layout — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Visited this place yesterday for a relaxing dinner with family - 20th May, but it turned to be a series of traumatic events

Went after booking carnival offer slots via zomato for 3 pax, ie 50% off on total bill amount - The billing executive told that we can place order amounting only upto 600 Rs in one booking via zomato and restricted in accepting my order. (I questioned what if we had placed 3 individual booking for 3 pax instead of booking for 3 together. Then he said it would have been 3*600 = 1800 which is totally illogical. He was very adamant and asked me to complaint to zomato. I had to bill outside zomato to order remaining food as Rs:600 order won’t suffice 3 pax.

The burgers were amazing but the Lousiana chicken wings were stale and spoiled, it had bad odour and tasted very bad. I returned the same to them as it was not safe to consume.

I had ordered 2 drinks also which was not at all cold, and when asked for ice the kitchen team told that they didn’t have any ice. I wonder how can a restaurant serve warm soda based drinks and not have any ice in stock with them.

I ordered cajun chicken tenders but they gave peri peri chicken tenders, but due to mental strain and being exhausted by all these events I didn’t go back go complain on that, Instead asked them to parcel it and give. Just felt like running away from there.

Very unprofessional and disappointing service from this place, totally ruined our quality time and a joyful Saturday evening. Would never recommend or visit this place...

Food was good and liked the mango milkshake too. Needs to maintain cleanliness a bit and they started mopping the floor when we left and it was a bit of problem to walk down the stairs while they clean with soap water and even sink I had to ask them to clean as it was dirty. Editing - visited on 21/12/2024 again and the burger quantity has reduced a bit. Bun size has become quite small and the sauce in both burgers were same. Still tasty and filling. They didnt have any milkshakes or cold coffee available on that day as the machine was broken. Had to order the blue drink because we had nothing else to choose from. And it was mostly filled with ice! Made a meal by adding 130₹ and the fries quantity is also very less. This is mostly for students where they get offers and the quantity given for the offers provided.

Edit - this was our 3rd visit and last one probably. The food is not worth the money now. Buns are small and the price is more for what it is. You get better burgers at leon’s for...

This is my second visit to Biggies burger on Friday (09-09-2022). First time, I had a take out of Crunchy burger and peri peri burger. Both were bad. I thought maybe I ordered a lesser popular ones and hence visited the second time and ordered their Original burger(spicey version). Apart from the bun which was super soft, the patty was bad. It was so bad. I mean, have you guys seen a video where Jamie Oliver explains to kids as to how chicken nuggets are made? If not, go ahead and see for yourself. Anyway, the patty I think was made in a similar fashion and its no way cheap. The lime mint mojito was pathetic. I mean how can such a common drink be so bad? Thoroughly disappointed. Truffles exists in Bangalore(which is the best desi version of the burgers). I request the owners to try their burgers and compare - price wise and taste wise.
