Read moreFull Disclosure: I am involved in rejuvenating this lake (that might explain my rating of 5 stars, above). Leaving aside my biases, I want to clarify some of the reviews here that appear to contradict each other.
In the 2015-early17 time frame, the lake was dewatered in order to remove the lake-bottom sludge. That explains some of the "no water here" comments. Next, lakeshore area was quite dirty, a dumping ground for all of Whitefield. This, too is changing for the better.
