I stayed at Bloom Koramangala for a week, and I have to say – the staff here is incredible! From the moment I arrived, they made sure all my needs were taken care of with so much humility and care. Honestly, it's hard to put into words how great my experience was, but I’ll try!

The Guest Service Associates at the reception, Barun, Vishal, Aditya and Shivam, were always there to assist with anything I needed. They helped me settle into my room and even made sure my food was heated whenever it arrived. They never missed a chance to greet me whenever I came back from the office or stepped out – such thoughtful gestures that made my stay feel personal.

The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, always eager to help out. Whether it was keeping my room spotless or providing extra towels or water bottles, Sumanta, and Itu went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

As someone who follows a Jain diet, I was so grateful for Chef Rohit and John. They went out of their way to create delicious meals specifically catered to my diet, making 3-5 dishes each day while paying close attention to the ingredients they used. It’s not often that you find such dedication, and I really can’t thank them enough.

And I can’t forget Mr. Rakesh, the manager – such a kind and helpful person. He not only ensured that every guest felt special, but he even helped me connect with someone who could assist in finding a permanent place to stay. That’s hospitality at its finest!

One thing that really stood out was their app – super convenient for ordering anything or making requests quickly. And the location? Perfect! Koramangala has everything nearby, from fantastic restaurants to shopping malls.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bloom and had a pleasant experience, mainly due to the caring and friendly staff. Vishal, the front desk manager, handled my check-in smoothly, making me feel welcome right from the start. Later, Aditya, another front desk manager, was equally helpful, ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. Their professionalism and warmth were much appreciated and added a personal touch to the experience.

The entire staff was attentive and always ready to assist. The service was impressively fast, whether it was room service or any other request I had. I didn’t have to wait long for anything, which made my stay hassle-free and relaxing.
