I recently visited Koramangala Social for dinner with my office colleagues, and it turned out to be a fantastic evening. Known for its trendy vibe and eclectic atmosphere, Koramangala Social lived up to its reputation, offering a perfect blend of good food, great service, and a lively ambiance.

The only minor hiccup was a slight delay with one of the drinks, but it was quickly rectified with an apology.

It's a mixed bag this place.

We had reservation at this place and yet there was confusion on which table was allocated for us. We were shown a table and after we sat down, we were requested to move to a different one! While we were gingerly getting up, we were asked to continue in the same place. A little bit of planning with seating goes a long way, folks! :|

The place was packed and I mean packed without a single seat to take. Ambience-wise that was great but there is a smoker's room near the entrance and if you unluckily get a table anywhere near that, secondhand smoking for you is on the house! Each time someone got in and got out of that door, I felt like I had started smoking.

The cutlery is, well, interesting to say the least. Let's just say I'm not a big fan of eating in plates that seem to have been picked up from a sale at prison! It doesn't even go with the ambience there of lush green forest.

The roof top is open and has no AC. So unless you grew up on the Sun, in Summer you can't even think of getting a table there despite it being quite charming.

Coming to the food, it was a mixed bag. We enjoyed a couple of starters we ordered but then our drinks were a little too sour. Main course was passable at best. The railway station style omelette was a disaster and definitely didn't match the railway station omelette you get in Karnataka. I'm not sure if the chef here had ever taken a train!

Service was a huge let down. We had to remind about our order at least 3 times before we got anything for our table. So it took us a whopping 3 hours by the time we were done with our lunch and we were only 4 of us.

Socials offers a lively atmosphere which is a perfect place for a casual hangout with friends or a fun night out. The drastic menu offers multiple and variety of options like Indian street food, sizzling fajitas, and juicy burgers alongwith all the starters. They also have a wide selection of drinks, including inventive cocktails and local craft beers, wines (red wine) etc.

Vibe: The energetic atmosphere is a big draw. Expect trendy interiors, upbeat music, and a friendly staff. Staffs are very professional and delivery time is quick. You need not to remind waiters multiple times for your order🙃.

Variety: The vast food menu caters to diverse and varieties of palates, with something for everyone. Vegetarians and vegans will find a good options to .. to fulfil their hunger and cravings.

Things to Consider positively :: Price: While not super expensive, Socials falls into the mid-range price place and is quite reasonable for everyone to afford easily. Noise level: It can get quite loud, especially on weekends. Not ideal for an intimate conversation. But YES - otherwise its good and grainy during normal days and weekends.
