De Oriell Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Bengaluru

Of all the places I chose this from the app. The reason? It looked royal, it was a premium suite and the photos were really stunning. It was my very first Oyo booking but it disappointed me.

Firstly, the hotel management were rude. When a bigger room(3XL) was booked, they gave us the smaller one(2XL) and then said that all other rooms* are booked and if u need any support please contact oyo customer care number.

*All the other rooms - here I mean there were only 3XL rooms overall and when asked about why would they accept other bookings even when all 3 are booked - the management replied - ofcourse we will accept all the bookings for 3XL but only give it to 3 customers on first come first serve basis. I mean like why? They charged for 3XL room and allocated me a 2XL room.

Coming to the room, yes it was small, very very small. The sofa looked dirty. There were no towels in the room, we had to go ask for it and they were brown. Bathroom felt old.

The place doesn't have a restaurant within itself. But they have a tie up so they get it delivered. The menu is small with no separation for veg and non- veg dishes. We ordered a triple fried rice, thinking it's veg as there was no mention of it. And surprisingly after an hour , we got it delivered and it turns out to be non veg. We then had to change it and the restaurant fellow was kind enough to co-operate than the hotel fellow. So yes finally at 5 lunch was served. (Ordered at 2, got it at 5!)

Being in an area like Koramangala this definitely is a huge disappointment! So overall I would say it's better to look into other many options that are available in the city than this one. Room-2/5 Amenities - 1/5 Food- 0/5 Staff - -1/5

Booked room in this hotel with restaurant for one day abd the cost is more than 2.5 k for 2 guests. There will be no early check in and its Edition O group (OYO) but not worth for money. The room is too much small with a tv with only the kannada channels available ,a fridge with no connection to it and the with dirty beds having hair n stain on the bed sheet. And then as per the restaurant outside food is nit allowed so we ordered a bread butter with coffe its cost 100 rupees so that is not upto the mark. After some time as they mentioned ordered lunch and after an hour the reception guy inform that the chef is not available so you can order from outside.Seriously what kind of customer relations u have guys? There is no proper response from the management even for basic facilities like towel and the AC will not work as you expect its just for name sake. In summer time you ll die inside room because there is no proper ventilation. While checking out even they dont have patience to come and check your room. Easily found in maps and normally as well. The complimentary breakfast that they serve is really awesome and they serve Bread, butter, jam, milk with flakes, idly, sambar, parata, Poha and thick dosa.

And the rooms are pretty good looking and space is also fine. The washroom is Western and 24/7 hot water availability. But they don't provide any dental kit or any bathing kit, that's the only negative I figured in terms of complimentaries.

When it come to AC, almost many rooms AC will not work properly and plenty of plugs are available. When AC's have problem atleast they would have provided a fan atleast.

Service is a bit late and they will even forget sometime about the things we ordered. Don't know about the restraint exactly because I always ordered in Zomato and the address is very clear even for Zomato delivery guys.
