"ANNA DHAATA SUKHEE BHAVA!"
I've visited this hotel after searching for Rice sambar or curd rice only from pure vegetarian food around 11pm. When I've reached this hotel all rice items were closed. But the Owner who was there at that time he understood my situation and personally went to the kitchen and assisted his staff to give a Nice curd rice for me and he made me to have my dinner there. I'm really grateful to him from the core of my heart for his kindness at that time.
I really like to share this remarkable experience at this hotel, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by the owner. My late-night search for vegetarian options led to a situation where, despite the kitchen being closed for rice items, the owner’s intervention was pivotal. His commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated by personally ensuring you received a delicious curd rice, reflects a profound understanding of hospitality principles.
This scenario emphasizes the importance of adaptability and customer-centric service in the hospitality industry. Such acts of kindness not only enhance the guest experience but also foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth. It serves as a reminder that even in challenging situations, thoughtful service can transform a simple meal into a...

Read moreGreat food, great ambience, reasonable prices, fast services and taste & hygiene is maintained. Only thing is its too crowded most of the times that its hard to find a seat. We regualarly order dosa, fried rices, mushrroms and tea from there and it has seldom disappointed. Theres a unoffical bike parking also, but bringing a four wheeler would be a hassale. Tea is also good, and priced as same standard as most other shops in the area.
Also the sitting area is slightly extended outwards to give you a outdoor area vibes, however smoking is not allowed here. And yes, its a pure-veg, no shred of meat would be found here. Other than tea and standard food they have a juice...
