Ocean Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

Being aware of the price and not expecting much, I was still disappointed.

I had booked a deluxe room which had AC. But every other day they used to switch it off from their side. I had to call them to switch it back ON.

The rooms were not clean. The floor mats were kept on the dustbin. The worst part is that every morning I had to call the reception to open the hot water valve else there would be no hot water in the bathroom. No towels were given and room service was pathetic.

The bathroom has ventilation system. Instead of pulling the air, it used to push air inside. Every night I could smell the cigarette smoke from it.

The door lock would not engage if you try to lock it from outside. One needs to press the lock button from inside and close the door. 😂.

They did not clean the room properly for the whole time I stayed there (1 week), and apart from that the blanket wasn't even replaced with a new one. It was dirty.

I used to give the key to the reception hoping that room service would do their job. But when I asked why my room was not cleaned, he said I need to inform the reception explicitly. Great!!

This hotel has 'Suites' its name but doesn't know how to...

I was in Bangalore for a couple of meetings. Needed a cheap place to stay in Koramangala. ||The hotel has a 24 hour check in-out policy which is good. The rates on the website were cheaper than the ones I paid - the difference, online booked rooms are smaller. Since I was there, I took the bigger one. The rooms are clean but do not have a lot of space to move about. I requested for breakfast which was delivered to my room 30 mins prior than requested. The hotel staff is limited and its better I run to the reception if I need anything.||I picked this hotel as it was close to my office. It has a diner and a bar but never had the chance to visit. ||Overall, its okay. Not very great but the most economical one that I found...

It was a good experience. Service is good but needs improvement. You have to ask for hot water 10 minutes before shower. 24hr room service wasn't available. But staff is accomodating and helpful. They have an inhouse restaurant but serve only beer, no hard liquor. Do try fish/chicken steak its interesting. Location is excellent, cant be better. 2-5 mins walk from hundreds of restaurants nearby and everything is available. Hands down, best prominent location and its easily approachable through maps and all. But room quality needs improvement. Mosquito problem and cockroaches were there at times felt disgusting. But all in all a good budget...
