Flagship Hotel Sai Orchid — Hotel in Bengaluru

A sub-par experience. None of the ACs in the hotel work. I was staying at the Hotel Metro Inn for 15 days. I was very adjusting, AC gas was not up to level and hence cooling was absent. Told them for 10 days, hadn't fixed it till the end (not until checkout too). The other rooms that were offered to me had the same issue- the vendor providing the ACs hadn't filled the refrigerant gas properly for any of them. And with the humidity, rain and sun that is uncharacteristic in Bengaluru, the room needed cooling. Was sweating every night into the bedsheets. The room service was sub par- they have one flask and whenever I ask boiling water to have cup noodles, they couldn't provide immediately- had to wait for them to bring the kettle up. Rooms are small. l, nicked my leg at the corner of their bed and hurt myself. No parking too- and the road beside had rat problem and my car wires got bitten. You cannot park in front of hotel as it is KSRTC bus stop. They have timings where beyond 11pm they close the grill at the bottom (although the room service boys Arman and Altaf were very very sweet and adjusting) god forbid you don't have their numbers and get stuck outside returning late from work- the owner will not pick up- and his manager even more cut and right and nasty. When I asked them complimentary day since my AC wasn't working- they spoke rudely -told me to call Oyo or speak with them. The manager is a rude person and doesn't deserve to be in hospitality. He told me I can put whatever review I want and it won't affect him. He told me at 10:45 to check out at 11:00 in the middle of negotiating for a free day... he told me he couldn't extend or offer a grace period and literally through me out- I hurriedly packed up, ate some food (he said he didn't care to wait for me to finish and wouldn't speak to me) and I left. Will never be coming back again unless I am forced...

Very worst service… firstly they are not accepting bookings made on OYO rooms. They are demanding very high price than the listing price of OYO. Outside they have a board 999 per night which is lesser than OYO. However when you go inside they demand to pay 1600. Rooms are worst and they don’t have smoking and non smoking rooms separately. I am so un lucky that I got a heavily smoking room which is full of smoking smell. When I asked to change the room the receptionist has declined. Worst hotel experience ever booked the room vai oyo for 1153rs on checkin they didn't accept it & denied our pre booking & asked to book directly from them with the price of 1800 which we latest bargained to 1500, in rooms TV doesn't work They don't provide AC remote control. Bedsheets we're dirty hairs we're all around it on asking to change they denied. They took money 30 rupees for providing 1ltr water bottle but we never received it.
