Subway IIM Bangalore — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I would have rated zero!

I ordered the Veggie Delite and the Panner Sub with the following specifications. Choice of Bread- Roasted Garlic Bread Choice of Vegetables- Olives, Jalapeños & Salt and Pepper. Choice of Sauces- Mayonnaise Sauce, Chipotle West Sauce and Red Chilli Sauce.

I received a Multigrain Bread with Vegetables of their choice and Sauces of their choice

When I called the Manager, he said that he cannot do anything and he assumed that this would taste good.

It tasted horrible.

I took one bite and I decided to never order from this outlet again.

The audacity in which these people speak is as if they are doing us a favor.

There were no calls from the restaurant to ask whether I was okay with the changes.

I have attached the photos of my order on zomato and what I received.

Do not go to such restaurants where they don't value the basic instructions.

The main USP of Subway is that you have the freedom to make your own choices of Bread, Sauce, Veggies, etc.

This outlet especially has the worst ever management.

I haven't had such horrible experiences with any Subway outlets in Bangalore.

This is the 2nd time I'm facing this experience and today I had to review them.

I paid Rs750 and the entire thing i had to throw it away.

My advice is to not visit/order from the Bannerughatta Road...

This place looked deserted without any staff around to take orders and no other customers when I visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. Also the place looked unhygienic with dimly lit, poor ambience for the kind of standards expected at a Subway restaurant. I waved at the staff chit-chatting inside to take my order. They didn't look interested even to take the order. I ordered for a Turkey sub and chose multigrain honey oats bread. Then the person mentioned "no toast". I said I wanted cheese and toast but then he further stated that the toaster is not working so no toast! I had enough and told to cancel the order. Subway has drastically reduced their quality and have increased the prices. The place is not maintained properly. There are charging extra Rs.30 for 1 cheese slice which was included before when you order a sub. Also double meat price has been increased from Rs. 60 to Rs. 80. The quantity and quality of food has decreased so bad that it’s not worth it anymore. I don’t know what happen to Subway. it used to be my favour fast food and now it’s really pathetic. Went downhill very fast. Not recommended to visit.

P.S do not go into the washroom at all cost! It looks like it’s not even cleaned for months!...
