I placed an order that clearly included complimentary products as part of a promotional offer. Not only were those items missing from the delivery, but they weren’t even reflected in the invoice—despite having selected them during checkout. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, Ms. Diksha was completely unhelpful and dismissive, outright stating it wasn’t her problem. No effort was made to understand or resolve the issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior is appalling from a brand that markets itself as premium. I expected better integrity, transparency, and respect for loyal customers. Instead, I’m left with a poor experience, missing products, and no accountability. I had to share a Christmas Gift (Secret Santa). I contact the Store Manager Aftab over the phone. He helped me through WhatsApp all the required products. He also mentioned the items for the range I wanted. The best one is, he ensured it was packed in a good poach, and a gift bag and sent it.
