When the breweries are ruling the roost across Bengaluru, JP Nagar just has a handful of breweries around. Levitate is an added jewel to the brewery club not only in JP Nagar but also Bengaluru. I had been to levitate for dinner along with my friends on a weekday and loved their ambience, food and service. 🍄🧀🍖🍗🥩🥓🍔🍕🥗🍚🥘🥚🍳🍤🍦🍧🍨🍰🍷🍸🍹🍺🍻🥂🥃

🇦The ambience of the restaurant is simply superb. I loved their outdoor and indoor seating as well. It is somewhat very simple and elegant. They have made good use of the beer barrels. The seatings are pretty good too. There are exclusive tables for group dining. Their date table for two is pretty good too. The furniture and decor is pretty unique.

🇸Service at the restaurant is great, Ms. Roopa took good care of us along with her restaurant crew members. They are well trained and very courteous too.

🇫🍽️What I ate ⁉️ 🍸Pink vodka gimlet ➡️ The presentation of this looked really good. It was a good mixture of lime juice and sugar syrup. The Eristoff vodka and pomegranate juice combination was too good to say the least.

🍗 Peshawari Murgh ➡️ The Peshawari Murgh was well marinated with yoghurt, garam masala and chilli. I loved their gram flour coating. They were served along with the mint chutney.

🥩 Grilled peri peri chicken kebab ➡️ The peri peri chicken kebab was hot and spicy since they had the peri peri spice in them. They were served along with mayonnaise. The combination of the two was perfect.

🍄 Mushroom and mozzarella ➡️ It looked similar to brushetta with loads of mushroom and mozzarella cheese with tomatoes and chilli flakes accompanied. This was one of the best veg starters available.

🐔Korean style cocktail meatballs ➡️ This was one of the best non veg starters. The minced chicken was well mixed with lots of varieties of sauce. The container used to serve the meatball was very interesting.

🍭Paneer lollipop ➡️ The cottage cheese cubes along with the schezwan sauce tasted good.

🍤Tempura shrimp ➡️ The presentation was quite unique. The shrimp was dipped in a shot glass which had wasabi mayonnaise dip and salad to accompany with.

🍕Madras curry chicken pizza ➡️ It was a big 14 inch pizza, which was loaded with extra mozzarella cheese and well garnished with coriander leaves. The chicken chunk gave the glimpse of an authentic south Indian spice. I loved the chicken pizza.

🥓Pork ribs ➡️ The pork ribs was simply mouth watering. The pork was well marinated with BBQ sauce. They were juicy. I loved their gravy content in them too. They were served with sauteed vegetables and well cooked fresh mashed potatoes.

🍖Grilled beef pepper steak ➡️ The grilled beef steak presentation was simple yet they were one of the best starters. They were served along with a half boiled egg and mashed potatoes.

🍛Green Thai curry ➡️ After ordering many non veg starters, we finally went with a vegetarian maincourse. The Thai curry was soft and rich. I loved it.

All in all levitate is definitely a place which levitates your mood. They have great collection of cocktails and beer. I personally loved their wheat beer. Their desserts are pretty unique too. Vanilla creme brulee with short bread was my favourite. The atmosphere around this restaurant is simply organic since it is in the midst of a mini forest and gives good vibes while you stay at the restaurant. Full marks to this new brewery and it is surely one to stay for long time.

Levitate - one more brewery added on to the list of favourites in Bangalore , place is located near vega city mall can be find easily ,I had been to levitate with few friends for dinner this place took away all my stress out , place spread on 3rd and 4th floor of the building which gives the witness of old Bangalore traffic and the view of that big big building , the bliss air at the evening added on more beauty for our evening . Ambience was simply good they have indoor and outdoor seating , seating was very comfortable and the lighting was also kinda nice at the evening . Service at the restaurant was very quick , Miss Roopa and her crew team of the restaurant took care of our table explained about the food and drink very well Food we tried :- Menu for the night was

• Mushroom& Mozzarella - finely marinated with other ingredients and tasted well • Rava upma cheese balls the cheese popped out in mouth hot and yummy • Spicy crusted chicken with salsa - spice level was perfect • Masala papad crusted paneer - juicy and soft . • Korean style coctail meat - perfect starter of the evening • Peshwari murgh - spicy and juicy • Chicken Chermoula - perfectly presented and tasted • Tandoori broccoli - very few restaurant serve best one this was perfect here • Madras curry chicken pizza - loved it • Farmers grilled veggies pizza - best one • Grilled peri peri Chicken kebab • Baker skin potato - that melted cheese • Tempura Shrimp - fresh and juicy with perfect ingredient • Paneer lollipop • Asian spiced chicken lollipop • Pork ribs • Grilled Beef Pepper Steak • Green Thai Curry rice - was cooked finely and presented well • Egg fried rice

We started with coctails and moctails :- • Kentucky flower • Pink vodka gimlet • Bull frog • Cosmopolitian • Whisky sour And also had wheat beer and dark beer which was our favourite here

And time for some Desserts :- • Milk chocolate dome - this dish was my favourite here perfectly melted in mouth • New york cheese cake - this was also good but I dint like as much • Vanilla creme brulee with Short bread

Everything we had was well done and presented perfectly for the evening .

I had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours . Overall I like this place I highly recommend going to Levitate brewery and kitchen 😋

Levitate- a much needed watering hole in this part of Old Bangalore- JP Nagar.Spread on the 3rd and 4 th floors,it hovers in the air giving a glimpse of tall rise buildings surrounding it and the traffic that crawls down below.

The place can accommodate easily around 300 pax at a time and boasts of 2 full fledged bars on each floor. They even have a brewery of their own.More known for the beers.

The ambience is done with loads of passion and minute details have been taken care of. The moment you step in here,you just forget your worries of the day and simply relax.

The Service here is simply amazing,super fast and care is taken so well that the floor manager come to your table and ensures that the patrons have a good time.

1.Deconstructed Gin Fizz 2.Kentucky Flower

Both were extremely good on their own league. The bartender here is a asset to the place... Wonderful drinks...loved them.

Some of the Starters-

1.Spicy Crusted Chicken with Salsa-good. Tender meat,juicy and tasted perfect with the cocktails 2.Korean Style Cocktail Meatball - presentation no words to describe and taste- it just bursts in your mouth to tantalise your tastebuds right. 3.Peshawari Murgh- glad we tried. 4.Chicken Chermoula -ok 5.Tempura Shrimp- for the seafood lovers out there,must try 6.Pork Ribs- yummy... couldn’t stop eating. Too good on taste & presentation . Done with the right spices...a delicacy 7.Grilled Beef Pepper Steak- felt a bit too hard,could have been bit better

The Main Course

1.Madras Curry Chicken Pizza - STAR DISH OF THE EVENING. The Chef has just raised the bar. Thin crust,an absolute joy to dig in. 2.Egg Fried Rice- tasted good but too dry. Could have been far better,a shame.

The Desserts

1.New York Cheese Cake 2.Vanilla Creme Brulee with Short Bread

Both the Desserts were absolutely delicious and scored high on presentation too.

A meal for 2 with a couple of beers or Cocktails would cost you around Rs 3000-3500/-. Both Cards and Cash accepted.

Preferably sit on the 4 th floor to dine under the stars... very pleasant.

Restrooms are well maintained,however is available only on 3rd floor.
