One of the Most shabby hotel in banglore. Firstly the locality is horrifying. Galli like street view where hotel is located. No proper parking space have to park on road, the hotel person says remove the vehicle before 8AM . Had ignored the reviews mentioning the location issue but regretted booking it.the receptionist failed to give us the booked room through the official hotel website of premium instead gave some cheap rooms when we had paid the full amount and informed we will be little late. Very disgusted by seeing the room, couldn’t sleep the night, rooms are separated by thin cardboard could hear other people from room besides. Dirty sheets. Never book this room if you know any word called hygiene.and don’t go by these four stars and five stars they are well paid reviews. Rooms are cramped up. Could see rats and lizards in the room. I can't suggest to any one of the people for any of the trip with family or business trip also so many fake review so be carefully. Third class hotel in all of the view. Not waste of your money with this hotel I book from agoda app 2 +1 bad room when I coming to hotel then manager says that this room not available at this time this given 2 bed with one extra bed in this room when I put the extra bed then not having waking area also I book super deluxe room(2100rs) its given me to std room with bed smell and so much small... Manager remember over hotel room not cancel from agoda so that manager rude behavior with me... Also here not parking area and hotel location not good for any of the people Please please not Waste of your money in this hotel book any of the hotel accept hotel city...
