This is a NOT for profit organisation to specifically serve JAIN food at specific timings (for example dinner is served at 5 PM and not after Sunset). No Onion/Garlic/Potatoes/etc etc are used in the food.
Food is generally prepared in limited quantities, to cater to Jains who may have to eat outside their home on that day for some specific reason (Traveling/No one to cook at home/person cooking at home unwell or so on)
Hence the food is prepared in measured quantity unlike a hotel as wastage of food is strictly forbidden here.
Our community has certain constraints/ rules to be followed with regard to food habits and that's why these kitchens are set up across India on DONATED money .

I visited this place expecting to experience the food and hospitality that India is known for — but was refused service just because I'm not Jain. Yes, you read that right. I was denied food simply based on my religion/background. This kind of blatant discrimination has no place in a secular country like India.
If your establishment is meant only for Jains, then put up a clear sign outside saying "Non-Jains Not Allowed" — instead of humiliating people when they walk in. Treating outsiders like this is not just unprofessional, it’s shameful. Food should bring people together, not divide them.

I said no, And he said NO. I studied in Jain school, I have a thought that Jain food are served with less treachery. From metro to hotel I would have crossed dozen restaurants.
