Recently booked this hotel for my parents stay from 5th March to 13th March after seeing the good ratings on google. Let me tell you the hotel is decent considering the price but as a child who wants to give their parents a good and comfortable experience in a decent price it was a total dissapointed. Reasons: 1. After a tiring day we expect to go to hotel and rest but the AC kept on tripping after being on for a while and it was very irritating and suffocating. 2. The exhaust fans of the washrooms are not working which is why it get smelly after a bath 3. The bedsheet, pillow cover and towels that are given are not properly washed and have red/Yellow/black stains on them 4. There is always something wrong with all the rooms since the hotel manager asked my parents to switch from one room to another. There were constant problems that occurred during their stay which made the stay very uncomfortable and not pleasant. Even after all this they still charge full money and the services that were given were not satisfactory. I don’t recommend anyone this hotel if you’re really looking forward to have a comfortable experience for couple of days. In case you want to stay with your partner for a day then this is decent hotel but overall a very bad experience that I would never want to have. Also attaching few photos for reference

Since the metro station is very close by, the transportation to different locations are easy if you choose public transportation which is the recommended one in Bengaluru

I think rooms are little overpriced for the service and quality of the rooms provided. Rooms are neat but the bedsheet, towel and blankets are dirty, i had to request to change those. When you are tired after a long travel and come to relax , then you see dirty things which makes you upset and feel bad and gives you bad mood. Cleaning , reception was also good.

I stayed there for 3 days as part of an official trip. Faced network issues with my phone and some of others also had the same issue. Was a quiet place and good service as well. Also many transportation and dining options are available nearby. Since the metro station is very close by, the transportation to different locations are easy if you choose public transportation which is the recommended one in Bengaluru

I think rooms are little overpriced for the service and quality of the rooms provided. Rooms are neat but the bedsheet, towel and blankets are dirty, i had to request to change those. When you are tired after a long travel and come to relax , then you see dirty things which makes you upset and feel bad and gives you bad mood. Cleaning , reception was also good.

I stayed here for 7 days. And it was a very good experience. Some things I liked: Friendly staff Clean rooms Good room service Helpful receptionist

Since the hotel location is just on the road and metro line. You may hear some noises of metro and road vehicles occasionally, especially in the rooms facing the roadside.

Other than that it was a pretty good stay...
