This place is like a fast food shop. Even though I liked the taste of South Indian food, the quantity being served is below standards. Very less chutney and side curries are served at the counter along with dosa, idly and other items. When I say less, it's ridiculously less quantity despite paying high cost compared to other South Indian eateries. Online ordering via third party apps is more disastrous because my orders were never delivered on multiple occasions saying items are over and the mean thing is that I was not communicated about it. I kept on waiting for delivery but no one turned up and I had to follow up with third party apps for refund. Point being that their delivery is unreliable. I even tried their own app which resulted in me losing money as the transaction went through but order never got placed. Even after calling their help desk number, no one picked up the call. There is no customer care and they don't value customer experiences. The compliment I would give to them is regarding taste of food and coffee. I would agree that their coffee is superb and I have no complaints regarding taste of normal South Indian breakfast items. They are located in the prime location where people wait for bus and unfortunately they have no competition next to them. If you have no other go, or if you are willing to spend (without any satisfaction of quantity) this can...
Read moreToday I visited A2B for dinner and ordered Chole Bhature. I had to wait for long time even though there was not much of crowd. And moreover, when my order arrived, there was not even a single staff to serve me Chole. To three different staff at the counter I asked for my order. The Bhature was kept on the counter and they didn't even bother to respond to my order even after asking multiple times. The way the treated me was very bad. I had paid money for the food that I ordered and nothing was given for free. After ten minutes the staff say there is no Chole... Why was I not informed while billing?? Why do your staff treat so badly the customers? I was in the outlet around 9 pm.. That was not late night too. I have visited multiple A2B outlets, only this one has given worst customer service. Treat your customers properly. Train your staff properly on giving good customer service. Will definitely not recommend A2B to any of my family or friends. I wanted to meet the manager and inform regarding the staff's worst behavior. Is your staff rude only to women customers?? Gender biased?? Or what problem do they have. They are not owners of the restaurant. Educate them properly before giving them a job. Let me know if I can come and meet your manager and explain what had happened. This shouldn't repeat to any...
