I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unacceptable quality of the food parcel. The food that was clearly not fresh—an issue that poses serious health risks and reflects poorly on the hotel's hygiene and food safety standards.
The dish had a sour smell and taste, and it was obvious that it had either not been stored properly or was well past its expiration.
A hotel of this caliber should prioritize the safety and satisfaction of its guests. Spoiled food is not just a minor inconvenience—it is a serious concern that can lead to food poisoning or other health issues. I was extremely disappointed during my bus journey because of the spoiled palav for that purpose I had to skip dinner entirely.
I sincerely hope the management takes this matter seriously and implements stricter quality control measures in the kitchen. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, especially those who value cleanliness, safety, and basic...
