If there was a zero 0 or a minus on the stars I would have put it in. This hotel is very poorly managed. Staff are not trained. The images in online have a night and day difference to the true reality of the state of the place. I initially booked the place for 2 months. I immediately changed my booking within 24 hours. The refund process is nonexistent. It took Upto 7 weeks to get my money back. They refused to send me the money back to my account. Instead opted for an Indian bank account. There is barely any English speakers around. The food is not just bad looks dirty, dusty plates etc. There's a big dump by the bridge opposite the hotel, the smell is directly from Hell. Theres mosquitoes. Also you can't get a taxi here you have to go across the road. That's crossing the bridge to the other side with cars and autos flying across.
Its in my strong opinion that this hotel be closed before bad something happens to one of your guests.

I had opted for cancellation while booking and had paid some amount for the flexibility. Requested the call centre to cancel my booking for the next day which they had requested hotel was not honoured. When i reached back to hotel the next day all my rooms were issued to other guests and i was issued some other rooms.... Which means considering that we wont occupy the rooms the hotel guys have sold our rooms to other customers and have not even informed go ibibo that they have cancelled our booking and are selling the rooms to their walkin customers earning twice for all 3 rooms. Smart manager asks us to not book the rooms with these apps and handovers his business card to me saying "next time aap directly booking kariye... discount bhi hoga aur cancellation bhi jab chaihye tab kar sakte hon." Read moreThe person in reception named Mallikarjun just wanted to mint money. Even before our checkin we had asked him the prices and what all is included in the price. He mentioned they are providing complimentary breakfast with additional taxes and if we do not opt for breakfast the taxes would be removed. We did not take the breakfast even a single day but during billing he asked us to pay with full taxes , where only taxes costed us 500plus. When we asked him to reduce it he very easily said i didn’t know ,when he gave all of this in written. This is truely a very bad behaviour from a so called luxury hotel.
