Invited by Sridevi and treated to their incredible Winter Specials menu, this place instantly became my new winter refuge.

Ambiance: Imagine stepping into a cozy chalet bathed in warm hues, with twinkle lights whispering secrets and inviting corners begging you to curl up with a good book. That's Smoke House Deli. The stress just melts away as you settle in.

Service: As warm and friendly as a crackling fire, the staff at Smoke House Deli are attentive ninjas, always anticipating your needs with a smile and a timely refill.

Winter Specials Menu: Prepare to be dazzled! This menu is a love letter to winter comfort food with a twist. We started with their Old Fashioned Winter mulled wine, a boozy masterpiece that warmed me from the inside out. Then came the Winter wake me up, a 70% dark chocolate hot chocolate spiked with Kahlua - perfect for my dark chocolate obsession.

Savory Delights: The Corn Ribs AOP surprised and impressed. Crispy, tangy, and just the right amount of sweet, they were the perfect finger food. Crunchy mozzarella fritters and a killer guac kept us happily munching between sips.

Grand Finale: The desserts were a showstopper! The blueberry cheesecake redefined the genre – creamy, tangy, and bursting with blueberry bliss. And the 70% dark chocolate pastry? Pure, intense, rich chocolate heaven. Each bite was a mini-vacation for my tastebuds.

I had my first visit to smokehouse deli Banglore. It’s located Beside the road am elegant white building which is covered with greens on the perimeter. It was just one of the places that oozed class And definitely look like a place that would promise you a good vibe. I love the pandemic protocols they have taken with facemasks gloves and shields. In my opinion all the restaurants should definitely do this and these guys already scored top points on my book for this. Enter the building their two floors with a splash of white on the walls and wooden floors the place Gives off a very sober vibe. Decent background music is always on which won’t Interrupt your conversation and it’s a perfect mix to keep the background with him and your brain ticking. For appetizers we ordered mozzarella fritters and the lamb kebbbeh. For the main course we ordered the steak, chicken lasagna, mac & cheese burger and a cheeky French toast. The food was outstanding and I have no complaints for the dish even though the steak was a little chewey but beef in India has its limitations. Though I recommend not ordering the mac & cheese burger as it’s something that doesn’t go with your pallet in that particular restaurant. for drinks for the first round my friend got a martini, mimosa and I got a chocolate flavored liquor whiskey. I definitely recommend that drink it’s cold Jimmy’s freeze. They have a good collection of spirits and cocktails but I would recommend that you talk to the waiter and ask about what is there inside before ordering. The second round of cocktails I had a Rob Roy which was perfect but my friends didn’t ask proper questions so their cocktails were not to their liking. For the staff were gracious enough to change or modify the cocktail a little bit to match one of our friends taste. The service was outstanding and even though the place is pricey the experience was really worth it. I will definitely go back and hopefully this time I have some room for their desserts which...

Visited Smoke House Deli, Indiranagar recently and here’s my honest take!

First things first—the ambience is classy and calm, perfect for catching up with friends or having a laid-back meal. The flavours of the food are definitely unique, offering something different from the usual restaurant fare. I particularly loved the Aloo Smash topped with crispy fried onions—a total hit! Some of the ingredients in their dishes bring out a burst of flavours that are both creative and refreshing.

However, there are a few areas where they could do better. French fries were served in a small cup and the quantity felt very limited—especially for a place like this. If you're a fries lover, you might find it underwhelming.

We had a reservation for 9 people, and while they did accommodate us comfortably in terms of space, the seating arrangement was disappointing. The chairs lacked proper lower back support and the small pillows they provided didn’t help much. After a while, it started to get uncomfortable, especially for a long meal. Also, the table size was an issue—people sitting on the far ends had to lean forward quite a bit to eat comfortably. A slightly larger table would have made the dining experience much smoother.

Location-wise, it’s right on Indiranagar main road, valet parking is available, but do note that traffic here moves very slowly, so plan accordingly.

Service was another letdown. We had to remind them multiple times about our orders, and it took almost an hour to get the food. Some items were only brought in after we followed up, which was frustrating. On a positive note, a couple of mocktails we tried were really good and refreshing.

Overall, it’s a place worth trying if you’re looking for different flavour profiles and a chilled ambience—but do go with some patience. With better service, improved seating comfort, and a bit more attention to detail, it has the potential...
