Worthless experience at this store. Store manager Jyoti was very arrogant, unprofessional and rude. She started blabbering when asked about the product details and material. One of my friends suggested this store to buy furniture, lights, and pots for my villa interior and exterior. I am highly disappointed and felt insulted. When I asked her, "you call yourself the store manager but don't know about the product details. She replied madam, "I also want to know who are you?" That was really disrespectful and unacceptable. Is this how you treat your customers? Also, she was so engrossed in her phone that she didn't even realise that I left from the top floor. When I reached the cash counter, I gave my feedback to the other staff. There was one more lady who kept apologising and being warm. She also said that she can assist me with the selection of products but by then I was already agitated with my first and last experience with so called premium...

The store has an impressive selection of unique products, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Despite making a purchase worth 1.2 lakhs, they insisted on charging a delivery fee of ₹700. To make matters worse, the driver refused to unload the items, leaving us to handle it ourselves. The numerous calls from the driver to coordinate the delivery were an unnecessary hassle, especially during busy office hours.

For a delivery within the same city, just 15 km away, this level of service is unacceptable. It seems that revenue is prioritised over customer satisfaction.

Adding to the disappointment, when we visited the store at 8 PM (an hour before closing), there wasn’t a single staff member available to assist us. A favorite spot to spend my weekends. Love their furniture. They always have some new ones added. Certainly not cheap, but you do discover finds sometimes that you cannot elsewhere.

A hidden gem is the CMYK bookstore nestled inside on the first floor. Do not miss. Some of the best coffee table books. Can spend hours here truly.

The nursery outside is the best in the city, and very healthy plants at a reasonable price.
