Seasons Suites Koramangala — Hotel in Bengaluru

Hello Seasons Suites I wanted to give zero rating but it is not possible so I will start with one star ⭐️ review. Lot of issues in the rooms do not book this hotel the manager doesn’t respond or the reception people their is no intercom in the room. The manager and the lady busy in making money with foreign exchange instead of solving the customer problems . Their is no proper room service . They collect extra person payment for their personal number or give the bill. Taps and all are rusted leakages in the bathroom broken tiles cracked bathtub bathroom flooring is really worst their is no proper light in the bathroom and kitchen induction doesn’t work their is no basic kitchen amenities do not go by photos and amenities mentioned as mentioned nothing is their in the property cheaters . If the Ac is leaking inside the room the staff keeps bucket like an idiot when I asked the staff he staff manager asked me keep the bucket . Last time I had come with my gal friend for few hours but they collected 2000 but no computer generated receipt . One more thing blindly don’t pay 1000 advance which is non refundable or the quality of service is really very horrible it is not seasons suites Koramangala it is hell of...

Stayed here for 3 nights, and these are under-maintained, poorly serviced and overly priced rooms, with a careless behavior towards the guests.

Water was leaking from the floor, but when raised the concern on this, the response was to adjust till another room gets vacated.

Every time you go out, you will have wait till the not-so-busy room service guys come to your room, after multiple calls, and switch on the AC for you. Because, the remote was not working. And, they had no intention of looking into it.

And, they have a TV that doesn't get recharged often. Had to call the front desk over 10 times to have it, not recharged, but to change the STB, because the 'owner' was too busy to be disturbed by the property staff and to recharge dish connections in the rooms.

cockroaches in the room and kitchen , linens are not clean and tidy tv is not working properly Ravi manager is very arrogant communication problem nor he speaks English or Hindi . water is smelly and yellowish.
