The exterior of Thirumala Hotel exudes a welcoming atmosphere, and the lobby is well-appointed, creating a favorable first impression. The staff members are generally courteous, and check-in was a smooth process.
The rooms, however, presented a mixed bag. While they were adequately spacious and featured comfortable bedding, the overall décor appeared dated and could benefit from a modern refresh. The cleanliness standards were acceptable, but attention to detail in maintaining fixtures and furnishings could be improved.

Read moreTerrible stay of my lifetime. Issues faced by me since entering the room are as follows:- Reception guy didn't open the door despite knocking several times. Even I tried calling OYO support regarding this, but there was no response. The reception guy was drunk and unnecessary delayed to give the keys. He was simply murmuring and getting rude that I booked this hotel online. The room allotted to me was pathetic. The windows were wide open before entering the room which resulted in room full of mosquito. Also window glass was broken. The bedsheet wasn't clean( Hairs were here and there of previous customer). The mattress was so hard that I felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. Same goes with the pillow as well. The room floor wasn't properly clean. The most irritating part of the stay was when I was Checking out, the receptionist took my phone and tried to give 5 star. When I saw this I refused to give 5 star, then he started misbehaving with me and refused to give my Aadhar card back. When I told him that I'll report this to OYO as I'm getting late for my flight. Then he replied that let the delay happen and he doesn't bother. Then he gave the Aadhar card by throwing on the ground. This was totally objectionable. I could have slapped him for this but I was getting late, so I silently checked out. Worst experience ever. The OYO team should look into this...
Read moreOne of the worst experience ever I had in my life. I booked 2 rooms through OYO and hotel staff called me and confirmed my booking too. As I reached hotel it was 3AM. And hotel staff straight away said no rooms available we are not responsible you can do whatever you want. The guy was very rude and it was helpless moment for me because I was with my family. However I managed to convince him and he gave me one room and adding one extra bed to the room. Room was like hell and funny part is blanket and bedsheet were like old underwear with 100 holes :-) Also he gave me the pillow which he was using. I would like to rate this hotel -5. Please do not book this hotel. I strongly recommend please do not book this hotel. One more funniest thing I want to share with you, While checking out receptionist asked me to clear my phone cache and open the OYO app again and asked my phone he said there will some virus he will clear it :-) :-) He actually wanted to rate 5 star in the app, I managed to take back my phone and I was literally laughing about the virus. That was really craaazy even now while typing I am laughing. So all the best for all those who unknowingly booked this hotel and about to experience...
