Recent stay at this hotel gives an expression that this hotel is bad. The staff, I interacted with before were absent or left job or the whole management is changed. No welcome, no welcome drink nothing. No kind hospitable talk. Immature person at the booking place, who don’t respect guests. No connection between hotel and restaurant as they seem totally separate things.. Very delayed response whatever number you call from l from your room, with emergency without emergency they react very very delayed. And they don’t bother about customer emergency. Instead they argue. One or two feet distance from each furniture, no space inside room and bathroom to move, stretch your hands. Very very less free toiletries, when asked one single ₹5/10 item reaches you in ages. There is no space so no items like ironing board and iron, hair dryer etc.
Restaurant makes you sleep hungry. It closes in short period of time and I’d asked they say they’ll give you sandwiches And tea only!! 2-7.30 no food, 10 pm to nothing 7.30 no food available!!
Last time we received a gift. This time no gift, no emotional dispatch. A dry interaction.
Swimming pool was not working before, now it’s DEMOLISHED. There is no STRONA bar also. No gym.
So a totally new hotel with all bad features. Not recommended. ——— Located on the busiest roads especially one which starts from Pune and Ends at Bangalore PB Road… Tired exhausted traffic hater travellers can stay here. Easily appear under the metro bridge. Property seems old yet beautiful. Restaurant is good in ambience, very good in taste, much upscale in price. Very well received by Karishma, Nayana. Very good at attending guests till the moment you leave the property. A surprise gift is received by my little son. All the staffs in all sections are very alert to welcome to hotel, restaurant, bar, lobby etc. A very good view makes mood good which shows the signature thing of any metro, the METRO TRAIN descending and ascending. 5 the floor is good for this view, I guess. Very good on discounts related to hotel room price. Yet one has to know exactly the type of we are bargaining here. Stayed in winter green type of room. Which is good with most of the amenities. But very small in size. Very parking basement is beautiful...

The food and service were consistently excellent. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and the service staff ensured smooth operations throughout, catering to every individual in our group with attentiveness and grace.
A special shoutout to the dedicated front office team – Amit, Priyanka, Ritu Pin, Nikitha, Nagaraj, Noor, Ananya, Purna, Sabilal, Bibash, and Ranvijay – who managed our check-ins and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
The housekeeping team – Subs Mahar, Birbal, Kabir, Muskam, Ujjal, Sandeep, Tularam, Subjeet, Bikash, Pakibul, Sanju, Akshay, and Saraswati – kept the rooms immaculate and responded to all requests with a smile.
Our thanks to the F&B Service staff – Pratap, Deepak, Sourav, Khusbu, Pranav, Lamcy, Partha, and Ajai – for their courteous and prompt service during all our meals. The F&B Production team – Somanatha, Hussain, Murali, Rahul, and Subrata – deserve high praise for the delicious and varied menu that was a hit with our entire group.
A heartfelt appreciation goes to Rashmi, our main host, who ensured everything ran seamlessly. Her coordination and attention to detail were critical to the success of our stay.
Lastly, the security staff – Ramji Ram, Naba Jyothi, Abhubakar, Ningappa, and Dharani – did a commendable job ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests throughout the duration of our stay.

Read moreThis has to be one of the worst places to be.They take money for everything and don't provide bills.Rs.800 was taken by me extra stating that there was blood in the blanket.Their sheets were already dirty but they did not listen to me.And visitor also aren't allowed.They charge Rs.1200 for a visitor inorder to bring them to the room stating that its hotel policy.Staff was good and even they room was good enough.But i was hurt because money was taken from me without a fault of mine even after i explained them and did not provide any bills so im guessing that money goes into their pockets.They literally find ways to leak money from you.
Edit 1: firstly how convenient that the software wasn't working right.Second it wasn't a credit card.I still have the receipt.Third while booking it wasn't said anywhere that a visitor would be charged extra so why suddenly when someone arrives there.I have been in dozens of hotel and no where was this done.And last i tried to convince them too that its dirt and there was dirt marks which were visible when i got into the room . Yet no one listened to...
