I chose this hotel considering the location and the brand - fab chain of hotels. Unfortunately, I see the service is very bad from the staff. Inspite calling many times for either water, small issues, etc.; the room service takes 1-2 hrs. While checking out, calling reception to send a person to carry luggage; there was also delay in that. The receptionist simply said there are no people to come and carry luggage although he knew that we are. Checking out in sometime. The staff behaviour is very casual and careless. For anything, they say only sorry and do nothing. I haven't expected such worst experience from fab chain of hotels. Also, considering the room maintenance, room cleaning, receptionist tells that there are very less staff and cleaning couldn't be done when you say. We will do when we have time. Very rude & worst behaviour. Room amenities are present but not maintained like lift isn't working properly, wifi connection is repeatedly fluctuating within 5-10 min, the room bed/sofa aren't cleaned properly during checkin.
I request fab chain authorities to check this hotel and do some proper audit so that they don't take advantage of being fab chain and providing service of 1-2 stars. This is a complain or feedback I wanted to...
Read moreI have so many complains. Please dont give any good rating to this hotel. The space very untidy, unpleasant and such a wastage of money. They changed my room upon request but later I discovered that room was also untidy. The blanket had stains. The walls have spitting stains. No toilet roll. They advertise them so well that it is easy to get spammed. The pictures of the rooms donot do justice. The rooms are severely small.While taking shower the gieser was also not working. The internet connection was very weak in the new room. I did not feel safe in this hotel.Finally I checked out the 2nd day before my two nights stay was over and wasted my money.It was horrible experience. Their complementarry breakfast was also just one option like Alacarte menu which was annoying. The receptionist lied that they have restaurant but when I called they said there is no restaurant and I have to get food in my room. Read moreI am unable to even rate the lowest as the review, worst service and liers and manipulative people for example if you are ordering from menu in the room the prices in the menu and the bills are different also, u order chilly chicken dry 6 pieces which comes with 4 pieces of complete bone and 2 piece of chicken and when you ask the head says we have with bone chilly chicken.Also if you complain they don't care as they take payment before the service reached your room even if you ordered water.
Hell of worst service trust me you cannot even reach any one senior or top management for your concerns to talk as the uncharged here says jo karna h karlo, we don't care.
