Moreover the staffs arrange the birthday parties and other occasional events on the dance floors only, which is a very annoying situation for stag entries to enjoy. I had a bad experience at the dance floor indeed on a Sunday Night. Management should take necessary steps to arrange birthday parties and events in a separate place inside which will allow people to dance freely. Food prices are at little high price but I found it tasty. Visited on 31st 2023 to the sky lounge,with couple entry paying 4500 wch included unlimited drinks nd food. Sky lounge is a roof with some decorations nd bar chairs service is bad with waiter askng to collect drinks frm floor below later served on insisting. So called brands of liquor mentioned were nt served instead other brands were available. Food was ok but with limitations lyk no buffet arrangements nd has to be refilled everytime. It was a sham in the name of live music with singers spending more time drinking rather than singing..it was hardly 30mins they sang until 10.30pm wch was bad as this pub mentions live music in the passes.

I reside in USA for 20 years . It’s the worst place for decent people . My daughter & her friend were there last evening but were mistreated by staff and manager over a water bottle that she carried. She had a sensitive stomach so she carried her metallic copper water bottle with her. There was no checking done while entering but once they settled in, they asked to check her water bottle and bags without any cause. They were surprised and couldn’t realize why they were targeted as they were the most decent duo there. The manager was a complete disaster for disaster management and couldn’t distinguish between decent customers and used derogatory English language just on a suspicion over a pure water bottle.
