It started as a very unique restaurant in the city of Bhubaneswar. But off late it has probably lost the original charm. The way the food is prepared without onion and garlic makes it a different kind of restaurant.
As of now, lack of proper parking space and the degeneration in quality of food prepared here has been a very disheartening thing to post. But I am compelled to do so. The time being taken to serve is also not encouraging and the kind of weird explanation for the delay is also funny.
Though I avoid writing anything bad about any food joint, I have been compelled to do so for this outlet, that too only with the hope that the current management will take care to do away with the shortcomings and come out much better than the earlier good experience.
I've been to the restaurant again for dinner today and happy to share the improvement in food and service. There has been considerable improvement.
But I faced a different issue today, the restaurant is lacking in options for kids and hopefully the promoter will be looking into the matter and rectify the same as early...
Read moreThey show a menu with 100 items but take order only for ,say, 10 items. There is variety enlisted only in the menu. Ambient place , I must say but very 'hostile' waiters and managers . Absolutely unfriendly people in a subtle environment. You try to give them feedback , they take offence and recite their 'credible' stories like the waiter says 'what will you know about manchow soup ? I am in service since 12 years ' . As if I never had a manchow soup earlier in life. SO, GO TO SRIPURAM ONLY IF U WANT TO TASTE 'DISAPPOINTMENT ' and 'HUMILIATION' WITH UR HARD EARNED MONEY. And I was not a first timer to this place , I go quite often and got this sort of service today . Yes they do serve some good stuff but only if they are in good mood and u are lucky .
P.S Some one pls tell them that ManChow soup does look reddish black and not white like clear soup. Soups the worst here. Never order soup , esp ManChow. HORRIBLE...

But on mondays and thursdays .. people started giving lots of orders as it was the only pure veg place then the owner was not able to manage the orders properly and the owner became greedy ...decided to double the price of dishes in menu from rs 250 /plate most dishes jumped to rs350 per plate .. now it is the most shity place they charge exubrent price.. quantity has gone down and quality too... A good example of greedy and incompetence leading to decline in popularity when you are starting to do well.. I have stopped visting this place ... There are plenty of good alternatives including Siyaram, truptee legacy ( cook without onion garlic on request) and many more.. would suggest to avoid...
