Very bad experience, no responsibility no professionalism. We reached there there at 7:15 and we had given time of 6pm then also nothing was ready after reaching we had to proof them that we had given advance and we had a booking. After that they started cleaning room and we need to adjust with no decoration and nothing. We ordered food and waited for an hour but nothing came. Other people was also shouting quaralling as they had also done there booking there guest had arrived but same as usual they need to proof that they had booked. Cafe People are arguing instead of preparing asking to refund but think guest had came for function and last saying take your refund and go . How pathetic and irresponsible. They have 4 rooms few rooms are very good so please make sure which room you want...We had bad time ...room has a bad smell and decoration is not exact and for table decoration in photos shown is extra 500rs charge ..the place needs to be clean a lot...i request the owner to clean the front stairs too it's vibe destroyer...also food is disaster special veg one's may be because of lack of cook for durga puja but still at that price food was very bad..1 thing is owner...
