Cosmopolis is a good place to live with open space, grounds, lot of greeneries, flowers. Usual politics, rift off course there being such a large society. During monsoon the entrance becomes a natural pool and one can get natural water body's fun here. Basement gets waterlogged after an hour rain. No problem if you have a vehicle with high ground clearance, to enter Cosmo in rain (Fortuner / 🚜 etc). Normal vehicles will stuck and can float. A hype had been created by owners and a broker to inflate the resale value of the flats.

It is considered as a best apartment in bhubaneswar and provides very good service to its residents. Swimming pools for men, women and kids available, multi gym, pool table, billiards and card room available for its residents. Kids room has been designed very nicely. My friend lives in this place. The place doesn't make you feel that u are in Bhubaneswar, it is well maintained. It has a lot of facilities like tennis courts, badminton court, cricket and football ground. The place also has a club house where you have table tennis board and swimming pool, but these can be availed with an extra charge around 1000/ person or 2000 for the family.
