The Suncity Hotel & Banquet — Hotel in Bihar

I feel the stay was average. I thought to stay here as it was a brand new hotel but somehow due to bad construction or work , water leakage was there on the wall, even I tried to change room but it was also similar condition. Location wise it's walkable from patliputra golamber & placed in road side with crowded market next to smart bazar. AC was working fine. No problem with water, electricity & wifi. Rooms are small so do the toilet. Guys who are running the hotels are cooperative. Hotel doesn't provide lift or complementary water. They don't have in house restaurant facility. Dirty linen, smelly rooms, unhygienic washrooms and impolite staff. The linen and walls of rooms had weird dirty stains, IYKYK. The jetspray and tap was non functional and staff was only interested to handing over rooms to local couples on hourly basis stay rather than listening to issues of guests staying for long and was non cooperative and rude. Very bad experience. They would deny your booking or ask for extra charges. They won't cancel from there side. IYKYK. Zero efforts in cleaning rooms.
