OYO 44016 Lodge Rituranga — Hotel in Bolpur

I wish I could have given a negative star rating fr this place. Worst hotel I have ever seen , I was traveling to bolpur and I had a reservation in this hotel, we were traveling by car , near burdwan road an accident took place so the roads were blocked, we were struck der fr an HR, so I informed the hotel that we will be little late , , the hotel guy was so rude he canceled the reservation and said find some other stay, he was abusive, I'll mannered and rude, I told him I'm traveling with a small kid just wait fr sometime we will b der his reply was we will sleep off... So this is how the hotel management behaves, this is der hospitality, we literally struggled to get a stay der that night, I have never seen such hospitality anywer, the staff was rude and arrogant.think 100tyms before booking this...

The room was really dirty, cheap and not worth the price. We had a horrible experience at this hotel. For a night they should charge 300 to 500, not a rupee more. The floors, walls, bed sheets, and comforter were dirty. They have a TV which doesn't work. They don't even give a soap in the washroom. The behavior of the staff were really bad. They were rude and they don't really care about any complaints. In short, the hotel was cheap and shabby. Also, they do not have food available at the hotel, so for breakfast, lunch, and dinner you will have to...

It's a low budget lodge.. Location - just 1.5 km from sonajhuri hat.. Cleanliness - good.4 bedded rooms are not in good condition. This lodge doesn't have their own kitchen.. So foods from outside.. u can arrange urself or ask the staffs they will arrange for you in ur room also.. Staff's behavior is very good. Small car parking is also there.. Maximum 4 small cars can be parked.. So if you are on low budget u...
