AP Hotel — Hotel in Central Zone

It's just third grade hotel... everything is pathetic...Let's start with basic things like Wifi they keep changing the password every half an hour you need to call the reception everytime to get a new password...Secondly the Lights it seems they forget to put lights in the room it looks like you are sitting in some shady bar that is how dim the lights were...The washroom and toilet both are together there no space it's not even 5 feet you have to sit on comode to take bath...The Ac is working but makes noises as if you are sleeping next to a machine...The bed bugs are the worst you not be able to sleep for even two hours...lastly no bill provided for food we ordered when we checked we informed the reception to prepare our bill he just told us a amount to pay no itemization given when asked for more details and what are exact charges he made a face as if I asked him to pay the bill he said it take time to get an itemized bill we could not wait as we had to catch our train he said he will send the bill via whatsapp but still no bill was send pathetic service I wish the owner reads this and takes necessary steps to...

Just an early morning checkin for a quick 8 hour stay for some work in coimbatore and I found it pretty good certainly for the price that I paid through online portal.||Word of caution, single occupancy is truly single occupancy and the place was quite small, but for a quick break on your journey as a single traveler no complaints.||||Beds, pillows and covers were kept okay. The property looked new and kept clean as well, positives certainly.||||There was someone there to checkin me at 4AM very promptly which was a good thing for sure.||||You do have Wifi, but do not expect to chill out the day in your room with internet, but to check on your emails and stuff its pretty handy.||||Very close to railway station.||||My windows were facing an open terrace of the neighboring bar, so it should have been noisy for the night, but I was lucky to checkin a little late.||||That summarizes a better than average...

The rooms were good and clean but the room service was too bad and the people from reception were not polite. I forgot to get a water bottle before checking in and since there is lockdown after 7 P.M. I wasn't able to go out and I asked them for water and they literally told me that they won't provide me with one. What kind of hotel does this . I was very disappointed with this room service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. But if you like your dignity and self respect crashed into pieces, then this the perfect place for you. This was the worst stay I've ever had in my life! The people of Coimbatore are best known for their hospitality but I guess people in this hotel don't know the meaning of "HOSPITALITY". Guys, seriously never stay in this hotel!!!
