VEGETARIAN RECIPES: Please forget. There is no mentionable items available for veg food lovers. You only will get disappointment instead of happiness.

SERVICE: Service is very poor. They are opening dining room all at once. So massive crowd is stepping in as soon as they are allowed in. They are not even starting preparing anything for the table during this time.

Inturn what we are getting is, Enormous waiting time for each starter dishes.

Quantity in each grill stick is very less. Say 1 or 2 pieces in a stick. If you are 4 persons sitting in a table, will not sufficient at all.

For each and every dish we have to call that person though he is always telling 5 min sir, 10 min sir. But you will not get any food.

Language barrier is the main concern. They only knows Hindi. You can't even request something in english from them. Atleast they should appoint a person who is fluent speaking in the local language as well as English. Zero satisfaction.

ITEMS AVAILABILITY: As mentioned even the items serving to the table for grill, not available on time.

Pastry items are good. It's in the rack. But most of the times it's empty.

I started fighting for the non availability of spoons and plates for multiple times. Not at all caring about the customers.

AMBIENCE: HORRIBLE. TOO MUCH LOUD MUSIC. YOU CANNOT EVEN SPEAK WITH THE PERSONS WHO IS SITTING NEXT TO YOU. We went for get to gether for nice chat. But it's like too much loudly music. Oops..

Too much space issues. While you are going to get some food, definitely you will dash with minimum 3 persons on the way.

PARKING: Very very limited space for parking. You have to park outside the premises in the road side.

KIDS PLAY AREA: Very limited and it's not attractive enough.

TASTE: Atlast all we need a tasty food. Can say 30 percent of the food items meeting the criteria of taste and good.

TIME RESTRICTIONS: You only will get 2 hours for the service and within these 2 hours, thirty minutes will be gone for waiting for food and for table...

I recently had the misfortune of dining at SmokeHub Barbeque, and it's safe to say that the experience left me thoroughly dissatisfied. From the quality of the food to the abysmal service and the unsanitary environment, there was hardly anything positive to take away from this visit.

The first and most glaring issue was the quality of the food. As a barbecue restaurant, one would expect the meats to be the star of the show, but sadly, they were far from it. The meat was tough, overcooked, and lacked the succulence and flavor that is the hallmark of good barbecue. The sauces that accompanied the dishes were equally unimpressive, offering nothing to salvage the lackluster meat. It's truly disheartening when a restaurant specializing in barbeque fails so miserably at delivering on its core promise.

Moving on to the service, I can only describe it as a total letdown. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, paying little attention to the diners. It took an eternity for our orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was clear that they had forgotten some items we had ordered. Getting their attention to rectify the situation was an exercise in frustration, as they appeared more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to their customers. This level of apathy and incompetence is simply unacceptable in any restaurant.

As if the subpar food and lackluster service weren't enough, the cleanliness of the environment was another major concern. The dining area appeared dirty and unkempt, with uncleaned tables and discarded napkins strewn about. The restrooms were in an appalling state, with a lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness that left a lasting impression, and not in a good way.

In conclusion, my visit to SmokeHub Barbeque was a regrettable experience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this restaurant to anyone. The poor quality of the food, combined with the bad service and unsanitary environment, make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your time and money by seeking out a different dining establishment that values its customers and takes pride in delivering a memorable...

This is the most horrible barbecue place I have ever visited. Firstly, the price. They charge you different prices for different genders. For males, it's 750, and for females, it's 550. This is what I was told when we went in there as a family. I don't understand why they had to discriminate on prices too. Cheap business strategy.

Secondly, the waiters never give a damn about you and throughout the course of dinner, we were just served 3 rounds of barbecue dishes that too on repeated requests. The hospitality is an absolute thumbs down, and you have to keep requesting them repeatedly to fill up the barbecue, and eventually, you will give up.

Thirdly, the ambiance is just chaos. Shows how unorganised the dine in setup is. You just have to rush in and pass through all of the people to pick up your food. Also, the buffet did not have any tasty food at all. The buffet present there was just for name sake and it did not taste good nor they provided a variety of main course. The desserts were available in limited numbers too.

Despite charging people so much, they provide you nothing and it's an absolute waste of money.

I would definitely not recommend anyone to try it out no matter what. The money you are gonna pay here is just going down the drain.

When compared to the awesome service in Absolute barbecue and Urban barbecue, these people stand no chance against them. The whole place's vibe just puts you off the moment you enter the place. It just ruins your mood looking at the chaos present there.

All the other positive reviews are either fake or given by the persons who have not experienced the actual best.

Also, there is no parking facility available. You just have to park your car on the roadside, which is a very narrow and busy road.

In short, this is the most horrible barbecue place you...
