Disappointed with the Service Experience We recently visited Boche Food Express with high expectations, especially because of the brand associated with Boche. However, our experience was quite disappointing. We were a group of five and waited for nearly 20 minutes, yet no staff attended to us or even offered a glass of water. What was even more disheartening was seeing the table behind us being served while we were still waiting to place our order. Feeling ignored and unwelcomed, we decided to leave and shared our concerns with the cashier before exiting. It's unfortunate, as we chose this restaurant solely because of the name and reputation Boche carries. If this is a franchise, we sincerely hope the management takes a closer look at the operations.
