Food: Food hygiene is 0. Out of the 5 days stay, we found egg shell in our chicken biryani, hair in fresh lime soda which after replacement had chopped onion in it, our first day. Next hair in dal tadka. During our stay, we called for chilly fry fish thrice, but thickness of fish slice which is charged at INR 200/slice was gradually decreasing day by day ending with around 2 mm on the last. Best of all was the attitude of Restaurant Manager Mr. Murali, he was so casual after we complained. “Just excuse you this time also, I will replace the food” was the line from him after we pointed out the hair in dal. We asked about the fish thickness, “the fish is expensive”. We didn’t ask for any discount on the food, we paid as per their charges in the menu and what we get is hair, egg shells, and the fish is expensive. They really need to update their menu as they don’t have many of the items available listed in the menu and also the price is different than what is mention in the menu. Breakfast timing is from : 7:30 hrs - 10:30 hrs as confirmed by Fab reservation representative, Mr. Abhishek Kaushik, but they close their serving at 9:30 hrs. If you ask anything after that, it’s finished. “God help those people who don’t check their food before eating in Fabhotel Thaai”.
Front desk: There is a gentleman called Mr. Moorthy, he is very polite and always helpful to any of your concerns.
Housekeeping: Out of the 5 days stay, wet mopping was done only one time and that too after reminders. Dry mopping twice. Make my room definition is, changing the bed linen, if you need anything else you need to ask for it.
