The staffs here are hungry for money but they have no sense of good service. I paid 1750 for a night and got a really shabby bed to sleep on (slept only for 2 hours coz of this) and the rooms are not sound proof at all, you can hear everything whatever goes outside the room. My room being right after the reception, I had a tough time sleeping because someone from the room staff team kept playing something on their phone onba full volume even after asking them twice to reduce the volume. The bathrooms were leaking, the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed (I found many hair just lying there). Windows don't have shutters as they say the blinds are good enough. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Basically, they don't prepare your room at all before giving it to the new customer. Apart from this when the time of checkout came they charged me 500 extra for the delay of half n hour. I could understand the situation if they had any guest waiting but in this scenario they had almost entire hotel empty as I could see all the room doors open.
Highly unprofessional service and staff. You can find a much better hotel at better price.

The hotel itself is located next to JW Marriot & is in the centre of the city, but could do with a make over. The hotel is called Zo Piccadily Chowk, but had various tie up issues hence it took over 1 hour for us to get checked in. The staff was helpful in entertaining the issues created by GoIbibo but they didn't even let us stand at the reception or help us with the baggage until they resolved the issue internally. ||||The rooms allocated to us were all different - out of the 4, 2 felt definitely much better than the other 2 in terms of space & quality. The smaller rooms where cramped & one didn't even have a remote to shut the TV off. The quality of beddings & towels were also not good & we did ask for a change. The WiFi is bad||||The worse part was that even though there was a complimentary breakfast, since we checked out early the hotel did not offer us the same. Considering we checked in at 9 pm & had a not so pleasant check in, I feel they should have at least offered...

Called hotel to inform I'll be checking in lage as i have my bus rescheduled. All booked and paid in advance via mmt.
He informed that as per Oyo policy they have to allocate the room to first in . Wel seems like it's outrageous that you give room to someone who has just walked in against the one who has already reserved and paid in full.
Came to a point he used profanity and abusive language and said will not give room to me no matter what I do and i can't even tell the language used.
Worst experience of my life and for sure Oyo is a big no for me now on and certainly off list for any of my future bookings.
Also Oyo customer service sucks, called them twice and as soon as the rep answeres the call gets dropped.
Mmt juned in to help and thankfully cancelled my booking and refunded the money.
