FabHotel JPM The Grand Bella — Hotel in Delhi

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FabHotel The Grand Bella in Delhi. Firstly, the room was far from tidy, with old and dirty bedsheets. When I requested a change, they replaced them with another set of old, stained sheets.

To make matters worse, the AC in my supposedly air-conditioned room wasn't working. It took until the next day to be moved to another room, leaving me to endure a night in a heated room, which was extremely uncomfortable.

The state of the towels was equally disappointing. Even the supposedly white towels were stained and in various colors.

Communication was a major challenge as there were no English-speaking staff members, making it very difficult for non-Hindi speakers like myself.

The water situation was the final straw. They served me what was supposed to be a Kinley bottled water, but it was evident that they had refilled an old Kinley bottle that had been used by others with regular RO water, which had a strong chlorine smell. It wasn't until the end of my second day's stay that I finally received a sealed water bottle.

Overall, my experience at this Fab Hotel was nothing short of dreadful, deserving of a -1-star rating. I cannot recommend it in its current state. However, there is potential for improvement since the hotel has a good infrastructure. If the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues, I might consider staying again. Starting with the reception there was a girl which makes it couple to make checkin that was the only good thing i liked. Staff was not sure and no followup because we had to ask the room for us. Nobody escort med us to the room to tell about the room amenities. After entering the room saw that low ceiling which you can touch by taking little jump. Low level ceiling fan is there if you are 5'5" tall and raise the arm may be you will loose your hand. AC was not working seems just only the box is there and fan is blowing wind like normal ceiling fan does. Bathroom was fine. Nobody even gave water bottle and no mini bar was there. Washroom was in fine condition. You have a balcony that you can open if AC and fan is not working properly. No any phone number available for contacting to reception if you find any fault in the room or else to call reception. The locality was good and you can go by car park the if you find a space but u can see problem in that also while reversing. The locked gate makes it one sided opened, so the way u have come again you have to go back that side. I took room for 3 hours but I left in 1 hour. To make reservation was easy and staff is flexible and you can negotiate with them. This place is full of thieves. DO NOT STAY AT HIS HOTEL. I stayed at the property for 11 nights. Then I had a trip coming up so the hotel staff promised to keep my belongings for few days as I made reservations to stay with them. Upon my return I noticed an item missing worth 6000rs. When I questioned the staff - said they broke it by accident when the bag was sealed and non living items don’t jump out of the bag by themselves. I requested to speak with the owner regarding the incident - the Gutka eating guy at reception claimed to be the owner (another lie). One of the staff called the real owner but the owner refuses to come on the phone with me. Which makes me think he’s a thief himself and is involved in these stealing activities at the hotel.
